Where can I buy XeNTiS carbon wheels?
You can buy XeNTiS carbon bikes online at any time of the day from anywhere at. You can also buy them from our partners, find the right retailer here.

Payment
What is installment payment by SEPA direct debit and how do I use it?
Payment in installments by SEPA direct debit is a cost-effective and highly flexible financing option that is offered at the checkout of our online store. The financing is issued in cooperation with Novalnet AG and allows you to pay for your purchases in flexible installments.
It's really easy! Buy in our online store and pay for your purchase in flexible installments. Simply choose the payment option that suits you best. You'll know in seconds if it's been approved and then you can complete your purchase. Your order amount will be added to your monthly statement.
Payment in installments by SEPA direct debit is only possible in Austria and Germany.

Can I use more than one voucher code for my order?
You can only use one voucher code for each individual order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepayment, instant bank transfer, payments by debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) as well as payments with PayPal and installment payments by SEPA direct debit.
Shipping
Will additional customs and import fees be charged for my parcel?
Customs and import fees are charged as soon as an item arrives in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over how much these fees are, as customs and import regulations vary from country to country. We recommend that you inquire about these fees before placing your order. Customs or import fees do not apply to orders within the EU.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be sent the tracking number together with your order confirmation so that you can track your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do that! We are pleased to announce that we offer FREE SHIPPING for international orders. Deliveries normally take 7-15 working days.
International customers (outside the EU, Switzerland and Norway) must pay the applicable taxes, duties and customs fees. Your local government determines the customs and duty fees, which vary from country to country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount that will be charged upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation will only list the fees we charge. Please contact your local government for details.
What shipping options do you offer?
Standard shipping within the EU usually takes 3-10 working days and is FREE.

What if I have received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, please return it. If you would like to exchange the item, please contact shop@xentis.com. A member of our customer service team will be able to help you.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason you have not received this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can't find it, log in to your account to check if your order was originally processed. If you are still having problems, please contact shop@xentis.com
What can I do if my order is delivered to the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at + 43-3142-60945-0 so that we can try to contact the courier service to return the package to us for a refund.

How can I return an item?
All returned items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the items are not saleable. Please note that we will not be able to accept your return after 14 days. To avoid additional costs, please use the best possible shipping option and allow 21 working days for the return to arrive at our warehouse. We will then inform you by email whether your return has been accepted and your refund will be transferred to the original payment method. After you receive the email confirming your refund, please wait 5-10 business days for your refund to arrive in your account.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or email you have received from us. Alternatively, you can also send us an email to shop@xentis.com so that we can completely remove your information from our database.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
If you do not wish to set up an account with us, you have the option of registering as a guest. All you need is your contact and shipping information.
How do I create a customer account at xentis.com?
Registering at xentis.com is quick and easy. Click on the "My account" icon and fill in all mandatory fields. Choose a password that is at least 6 characters long, including upper and lower case letters and special characters or numbers, and click on the "Register" button. Once you are registered, you can log in to your account with your e-mail address and password.
